Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Monitor and stay informed of emerging beauty trends, products, and industry developments
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators set by the organization
- Support store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere and promote teamwork among store staff
