Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routines.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, current trends, and a desire to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-focused experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships is valued.
Education
