Sephora in Macedonia, OH is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $18–$23/hr; deliver personalised consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Be punctual and reliably meet scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and translate it into clear recommendations.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
