Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, benefits, and ingredients
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to maintain relevance in client recommendations
- Contribute to sales performance by building client relationships and exceeding personal sales goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandising displays, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment
