Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, to deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered, and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Part-time schedule of 15–29 hours per week.
