Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications and brand guidelines
- Maintain sales floor stock levels and prepare products for sale with attention to detail
- Perform cash register operations and process customer transactions
- Execute inventory counts and warehouse stocking tasks as required
- Support merchandising conversions and construction projects during seasonal updates
- Clean and maintain sales floor furniture and product displays
- Deliver personalized beauty advice and product recommendations to customers
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, items per basket, and customer satisfaction scores
