Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Lugano on a temporary, 80% contract starting November 1, 2026. The advisor supports customers across beauty departments, shares product expertise, maintains visual merchandising standards, replenishes the sales area, and handles merchandise storage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments: makeup, skincare and haircare, and fragrance.
- Share product knowledge, beauty trends, and new developments with customers.
- Present products in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Keep the sales area fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Arrange and store merchandise in the stockroom and sales area.
Qualifications
- Previous initial experience in sales, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion.
- Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty sector and its trends.
- Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
