Beauty Advisor position at Sephora Benefit in Lugano, Switzerland. Full-time permanent contract starting 1 December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and operation of the Brow Bar Benefit at the Sephora location
- Achieve and report regularly on sales targets established by management
- Perform product demonstrations and facilitate sales
- Conduct eyebrow and lip waxing services using professional waxing and tweezing techniques
- Engage and enhance the retail point of sale through dynamic brand representation
- Provide personalized product recommendations and customer consultation
- Maintain a positive and dynamic attitude reflecting Benefit brand values

- Esthetics diploma or equivalent qualification
