Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a unique and memorable shopping experience by warmly welcoming customers and offering personalized consultations.
  • Support the store manager and specialists in daily operations and contribute to achieving store targets and budgets.
  • Adapt to strategic changes and new action plans set by management.
  • Manage inventory and deliveries efficiently.
  • Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
  • High school diploma.

Skills

Strong business orientation and customer satisfaction focus. Ability to collaborate actively with a team to achieve objectives. Dynamic, flexible, and problem-solving mindset. Good knowledge of key performance indicators in commerce. Proficiency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.

Education

High school diploma.
