Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a temporary 40% role in Lucerne from November to December 2026, starting 1 November 2026. The Advisor supports customers across beauty departments, delivers express services, maintains product presentation and stock, and shares knowledge of products and trends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments: makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of beauty products, trends and new launches.
- Provide express services across all departments.
- Ensure product presentation complies with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Maintain and replenish stock in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
- Initial experience in retail, customer advisory and customer service.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluent English or native-level proficiency in the local language.
