Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (30% contract) for its Lucerne location, commencing immediately. The role encompasses active customer support and consultation across all beauty categories—makeup, skincare, and fragrance—alongside product knowledge dissemination, short-form beauty services, visual merchandising compliance, and inventory management on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and consultation to customers across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance departments
- Communicate product knowledge, industry trends, and beauty innovations to customers
- Deliver targeted beauty services across all departments
- Maintain product presentation standards in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure the sales floor remains fully stocked and merchandise is prepared for sale
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment both in the stockroom and on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or demonstrated interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors
- Initial retail experience with proven customer consultation and engagement skills
- Excellent customer communication abilities
- Solid knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
- Fluent English or native-level country language proficiency
