Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Lublin Olimp location on an indefinite-term contract. The role involves recommending cosmetics, driving sales, building customer relationships and maintaining product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each customer's needs.
- Actively sell products and meet sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Able to build customer relationships.
- Knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products, and current trends.
- Able to work as part of a team and pursue team goals.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Fully available to work, particularly on 2–3 selected Saturdays and on Sundays when shops are open.
- Conversational English is an advantage.
- Experience applying makeup is an advantage.
