Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Lubbock, Texas, for a permanent role requiring 15–29 hours per week. The advisor delivers tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, merchandising and inventory, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. Hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate, non-discriminatory factors specific to the position or location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
  • Help foster an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
  • Follow company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
