Sephora in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex). Part‑time hourly role $16.60–$19.30/hr delivering personalised beauty consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations.
  • Achieve sales targets and store KPIs through proactive clienteling and conversion-focused service.
  • Support inventory control, merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organised and welcoming.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe, respectful shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product expertise.
  • Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
