Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand-specific training programs.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
