Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and curated product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and ingredient benefits
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide contemporary and relevant advice
- Contribute to sales performance and key performance indicators through confident product advocacy
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandising displays, and systematic organization
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that celebrates diversity and empowers all clients and team members
- Uphold Sephora's operational standards, safety protocols, and client service expectations

Qualifications
