Sephora seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Los Angeles (The Grove) to provide personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.

  • Maintain attractive merchandising, stock replenishment and a clean, organized store environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and brand initiatives to provide relevant advice.
  • Support a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and loss-prevention standards.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly hours for the role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and influence.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, goal-driven approach.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform retail duties for scheduled shifts.
  • Availability to work peak retail hours and meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week).
