Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in the Long Beach, California location. The role requires expertise in current beauty trends and products, combined with exceptional client relationship-building skills in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling with 15–29 hours weekly, including availability during peak retail hours and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations aligned with each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor and apply current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and forward-thinking advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain store inventory, visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming shopping environment
