Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations aligned with each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor and apply current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and forward-thinking advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
