Sephora UK is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Part‑time) in London (Westfield White City) to deliver personalised beauty advice, sales, stock and cash handling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Recommend and demonstrate product application techniques and routines to educate customers and boost confidence.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain an organised, secure cash area.
  • Receive, check and organise deliveries; support stock counts and maintain accurate inventory and replenishment.
  • Maintain attractive, on‑brand visual merchandising and promotional displays; remove expired or damaged items.
  • Promote Sephora services and the loyalty programme, proactively upselling and connecting customers to additional offers.
  • Collaborate with the store team on training, best‑practice sharing and store operational tasks, including new‑store activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service or store operations, including cash handling and stock control.
  • Demonstrable passion for makeup, skincare and fragrance with technical product knowledge or application experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalised recommendations.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational ability and capability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/handle stock as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by store trading hours.

Experience
