Sephora Canada — London, ON is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor. CAD$18.20–21.40/hr; client consultations, product demos, flexible retail shifts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations to elevate client confidence and drive repeat business.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques through in‑store demonstrations and one‑to‑one coaching.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of beauty trends, new product launches and competitor activity to inform client recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and point‑of‑sale operations to ensure a well presented, replenished and hygienic sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture, adhere to Sephora Canada standards, and contribute to a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client service environment preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented team.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shifts for part‑time scheduling and to work peak retail hours.

Experience
