Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Logroño, Spain — part-time temporary role delivering expert beauty advice and exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product advice and demonstrations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Provide exceptional guest service through active listening, clienteling and follow-up; build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including stock replenishment and product rotation.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, participate in in-store promotions and support roll-out of new launches.
- Participate in onboarding and continuous learning programmes; adopt brand training and product knowledge.
- Support day-to-day store operations including point-of-sale transactions, inventory control and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of proven experience in beauty retail, cosmetics advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
- Fluent spoken and written English (essential); additional languages an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrable client-facing skills and a passion for beauty.
- Resident within the province of the vacancy (Logroño/La Rioja) or authorized to work in Spain.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector, preferably in a retail or boutique environment; entry-level to junior candidates welcomed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetics, or makeup artistry is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Logroño, La Rioja, Spain.
