Sephora seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor in Logroño. Deliver expert client service, beauty advice and support a dynamic retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Advise clients on product selection, demonstrate application techniques and provide tailored routines to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, ensure visual presentation, stock replenishment and product knowledge currency.
  • Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, inventory control and compliance with hygiene and brand standards.
  • Participate in onboarding and training sessions; contribute to a collaborative retail project with potential for local expansion.

Qualifications

  • Residency within the province of the vacant position (Logroño) or ability to commute reliably.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Clear vocation for customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Experience
