Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and offerings to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor and share current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice that encourages repeat visits
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client engagement
- Support store operations by managing inventory, executing merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Adhere to Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and exceptional shopping experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused setting
