Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and benefits.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and category developments to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support merchandising and inventory activities to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment by promoting openness, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-service environment preferred.

  • Dependable punctuality and willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
