Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and current beauty trends.
- Drive sales results and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client retention activities.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor that reflects brand standards.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain flexible availability to staff peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required weekly shift minimums.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles with demonstrated customer-service capability.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment and adapts quickly to new product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; candidates should have prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating strong service orientation and the ability to develop client relationships. Training on product assortments and selling techniques will be provided on hire.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty certifications considered a plus but not required.
