Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen usage.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure an organized, inviting environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while upholding company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum shift/hour commitments.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment (preferred).
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative sales.
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
  • Fast learner able to absorb and relay product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience

Entry-level position; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer-service aptitude and sales potential valued.
