Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join its Lincoln, Nebraska store on a part-time basis. This role involves delivering personalized beauty consultations, demonstrating product expertise, and guiding clients through their beauty journey. The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and products while maintaining store standards and driving sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations to empower their purchasing decisions
- Maintain currency with emerging beauty products, techniques, and market trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement and upselling
- Support store operations by managing inventory, executing merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that celebrates diversity and empowers all colleagues
- Uphold Sephora's standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
