Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and ingredient benefits to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal collections to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's service standards
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
