Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Monitor industry trends and maintain current knowledge of latest beauty products and innovations
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote Sephora's values of belonging
- Uphold company policies and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming customer experience
- Maintain consistent attendance and availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated excellence
