Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Lethbridge, Alberta, on a permanent basis, for 15–29 hours per week. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals and store operations, and requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and support clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay informed about beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the minimum weekly hours required for the part-time schedule of 15–29 hours.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
