Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to convert and retain clients.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through active selling, upselling and product demonstrations.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and keep abreast of brand launches, trends and promotional activity.
- Ensure impeccable merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards on the sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions and support day-to-day store operations.
- Provide a welcoming client experience, resolve customer queries and build long-term client relationships.
- Participate in onboarding, training and internal development programmes to support career progression.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in beauty or cosmetics retail or related client-facing roles.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Residence within the province of the vacancy (León) and legal right to work in Spain.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector, preferably in retail or boutique environments with demonstrated sales results and customer service excellence.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetology, makeup artistry or retail sales preferred.
