Sephora seeks a Part‑time Beauty Advisor in Le Havre Gonfreville, France (CDD 15h). Join a dynamic retail team focused on customer experience and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible brand ambassador: greet customers, provide tailored product advice and build long-term client relationships.
  • Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services, converting consultations into purchases and achieving individual and store targets.
  • Create memorable, wellness-focused customer experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in in-store activations, promotions and commercial challenges to maximise footfall and conversion.
  • Uphold merchandising and visual presentation standards; assist with stock replenishment and product rotation.
  • Operate point-of-sale transactions, maintain store standards and comply with internal procedures and health & safety rules.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer-service mindset: dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive and attentive to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a retail team.
  • Commercially oriented with a track record or aptitude for transforming advice into sales.
  • Availability and flexibility for part‑time retail hours (including weekends); able to commit to a fixed‑term contract.
  • Good communication skills appropriate to the local customer base; previous beauty/retail training is a plus.
