Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product benefits to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and advanced application techniques
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and welcoming environment through effective stock and visual merchandising management
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a goal-oriented, inclusive workplace culture
- Demonstrate availability during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships in a retail environment
