Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Laval, QC — join the team to deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet each client's needs
- Educate and empower clients on product usage, skincare routines and makeup techniques
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual targets and contributing to store KPIs
- Ensure merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, inviting sales floor
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service aptitude and ability to build long-term client relationships in a retail environment
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with confidence in product recommendations
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player who contributes to an inclusive, goal-oriented environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physically able to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail or beauty experience is an asset but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate customer service capability and passion for cosmetics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
