Sephora Canada (Carrefour Laval) seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Laval to deliver expert consultations, drive sales and provide exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and trend-led advice.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through effective clienteling, upselling and conversion strategies.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage stock replenishment and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Remain current on product launches, new techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant, inspiring advice.
- Demonstrate schedule flexibility and reliability, being available for peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Prior customer-facing retail or beauty experience preferred, with a demonstrable ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Passion for beauty products and trends, with confidence in providing product demonstrations and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
- Collaborative team player who contributes to an inclusive, target-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in a customer-facing retail or beauty environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty certifications considered an asset.

Compensation
