Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Laval (Carrefour Laval) to deliver personalised consultations and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and build long-term loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to make informed purchases.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage stock levels and ensure the sales floor is immaculate, organised and inviting.
  • Stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant and inspiring advice.
  • Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including peak periods (evenings, weekends, statutory holidays) and meet the role's minimum weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within beauty or cosmetics environments.
  • Passion for beauty and current trends, with the confidence to advise diverse clientele.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively toward store objectives while fostering inclusion.
  • Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg.

Experience

Entry-level role; prior retail or customer service experience in a beauty environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
