Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate expertise by sharing knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and beauty innovations to offer relevant advice that encourages client loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators with the support of Sephora Canada's resources.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing inventory, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized space.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends with a confident demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven, and inclusive environment.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a retail or customer service environment is required.
Workplace

Compensation
