Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor for its Lausanne corner on a temporary, part-time 50% basis from November through December 2026. The role covers client advice across beauty departments, product and trend education, visual presentation, replenishment, and stock handling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and actively support clients across all departments: makeup, skincare and haircare, and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of beauty products, trends, and new launches.
- Present products in accordance with visual merchandising specifications.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Receive and store merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluent in French; basic English is an advantage.

Experience
Initial sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion; beginner level.
