Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (60% minimum contract) based in Lausanne for a fixed-term position running November through December 2026. The role involves providing active client support and expert product guidance across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance departments; communicating beauty trends and product innovations; ensuring proper merchandise presentation; and maintaining well-stocked selling surfaces. This is an on-site retail position suited for candidates with foundational sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and personalized product advice to clients across all departments (makeup, skincare and haircare, fragrances)
- Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new launches to customers
- Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising specifications and standards
- Maintain full stock levels on the sales floor and prepare merchandise for display
- Conduct stock management and inventory organization in warehouse and retail areas
Qualifications
- Beginner to intermediate sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
- Fluent French language proficiency; English notions preferred
