Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Latina team to support store targets and daily operations, deliver expert, personalized customer service, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. The role is covered by the CCNL Commercio; the starting annual gross salary is €23,371.18 for a 40-hour full-time schedule and is adjusted proportionally for part-time hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to store objectives, including budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and management action plans.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily store activities.
- Promote team spirit and open, trusting collaboration with colleagues across the organization, fostering a positive and productive environment and recognizing team and individual achievements.
- Welcome customers and deliver a distinctive, memorable shopping experience through attentive service and expert advice.
- Build strong client relationships and provide client-focused solutions, including personalized consultations based on each client's profile.
