Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Stay current with latest beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide relevant guidance
- Support sales goals and key performance indicators through expert product knowledge
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
