Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators aligned with Sephora standards
- Maintain inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
