Sephora in Las Vegas seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor at Miracle Mile — deliver personalized consultations and drive sales ($18–$20.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through application techniques, demonstrations and tailored education to empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and competitive activity to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and other key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising and inventory activities including restocking, visual displays and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the salesfloor is welcoming, clean and compliant with Sephora presentation and safety standards.
- Promote an inclusive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent client experiences.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty and current product/technique trends; eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform regular standing and movement on the salesfloor.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach to meet sales targets.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or beauty-related certification is a plus.
