Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment aligned with Sephora’s standards and policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the role's minimum weekly shift/hours requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and product innovation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering personalised consultations.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or product training in cosmetics, skincare or related fields is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
