Sephora Las Vegas is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Las Vegas, NV — entry‑level role, $18–$23/hr, customer-facing beauty consulting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through persuasive product demonstrations and education on makeup, skincare, and beauty tools.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and application techniques to provide up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Support store operations including inventory assistance, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties for scheduled shifts.

Entry-level role; prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
