Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver warm, personalized consultations tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and demonstrate makeup, skincare, and fragrance products with clear product knowledge and technique guidance.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Remain current on product launches, beauty techniques, and market trends to inform client recommendations.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized selling environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance for assigned shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
  • Passion for beauty and an ongoing interest in product trends and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented retail settings.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and peak retail hours.

Experience
