Sephora seeks a Part‑time Beauty Advisor in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Provide expert beauty consultations and drive sales; fluent English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, skincare, makeup and haircare to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through active selling, upselling and cross‑selling; build lasting client relationships (clienteling) to drive repeat business.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards: replenish stock, arrange displays according to brand guidelines and support in‑store activations and promotions.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management and store administration.
- Participate in store projects and local expansion initiatives, including onboarding of new colleagues and store‑level change programs.
- Undertake required product and service training; keep abreast of new launches and beauty trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Residence in the province of the vacancy (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) or legal authorization to work in Spain.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the beauty sector or prestige cosmetics retail.
- Demonstrable customer‑service orientation and experience in client‑facing retail roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across multiple categories.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector, with a track record of direct customer service and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
