The Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Langford provides personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales performance, inventory and merchandising, and maintains an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
