Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Langford, BC; hourly pay CAD$18.85–23.55. Client-facing retail role focused on consultations and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and merchandising standards to ensure relevant advice and visual excellence.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, visual standards and ensure the selling space is clean, organized and inviting.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and represent Sephora’s customer-first culture.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge to clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock/merchandising tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including peak retail hours.
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.85 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
