Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cashier procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
